Emamectin Benzoate 5% (ILLI-MAR)

Emamectin Benzoate 5% (ILLI-MAR) is a water-soluble granular formulation that consists of Emamactin Benzoate 5% SG. It is an active ingredient and is recommended for the control of Bollworms in cotton, DBM on cabbage, fruit and shoot borer on okra, Fruit borer, thrips, mites on chili, pod borer on the red gram, Fruit and shoot borer on brinjal, and chickpea, thrips on grapes. Emamectin Benzoate 5% (ILLI-MAR) also works as an insecticide with stomach action and should be ingested by the larvae to be most effective. Affected larvae become paralyzed and stop feeding shortly after exposure to ILLI-MAR and subsequently die after 2-4 days.
